Client ServicesOur business philosophy was formed with our clients needs in mind - in fact, many of our long-term clients assisted us in developing our search methods and our unique fee structure. We are a specialized recruiting firm that offers customized search services with a performance-based fee structure. We believe that the most important aspects of the search process are qualifying and closing. The industry contacts that we have developed over the past 14 years, coupled with the information available on the World Wide Web means that identification of candidates is not the issue. We know "who the players are". We place much of our emphasis on qualifying the best candidates available for our client's unique needs.

 Candidate Profile:The search process begins with the development of a detailed Candidate Profile. We co-develop the critical "must haves" for the position. In short, we qualify candidates from our client's perspective, not ours.
 In-Depth Interviews:All potential candidates are interviewed in-person, using the Candidate Profile as our benchmark. We also measure the potential personality "fit" to our client's unique culture. Finalists are presented to our client for consideration.
 Progress Report:Weekly or bi-weekly "progress reports" assures our clients that we are "on track" and also serve as valuable "reality checks".
 Search Milestones:When our clients are satisfied that an agreed upon number of candidates are a part of the interview process, a portion of the service fee is applied. Our search services are performance-based.
 Reference Checks:Completing thorough reference checks, in conjunction with our extensive industry contacts, is a critical aspect of the qualification process.
 Closing:Nothing frustrates a client more than the inability to close a sought-after executive, to which considerable time, effort and expense has been dedicated during the interview process. Our solution: "trial-close" every step of the way and there will be no surprises in the end.
 Follow-up:Our services do not end when the search is complete. We regularly communicate with the hiring authority and the new executive to ensure a successful assimilation to our client's culture. Striving to become a strategic, long-term "partner", we ask our clients to complete a Performance Rating Form. "How did we do?" "Would you use our services again?"
